spread-37-just-duet When visiting the blog of my fellow journal artist, Kelly Kilmer, I found the most amazing link ever… (No exaggeration!). In ‘6 Billion Others’ you’ll see into the souls of thousands of endearing individuals from all over the world, you’ll listen to their voices, in their languages, expressing most intimate views on matters of love, money, family, faith, tears, laughter, dreams, joy, and such. Watching them and hearing their testimonials was so profoundly touching to me… It made me recognize a feeling I always long to feel… that we are all truly interconnected, beyond barriers. Barriers we foolishly let be, geography, religion, education, appearance, culture, language, age, and so on and so on… and so on. I could spend hours on end listening to voices and diving into souls of people I’ve never met… badly wanting to squeeze and smooch them… deeply convinced that I am a member of the human family. If we just try to truthfully connect to the ‘other,’ who is standing beside us, right here and now, maybe we will have that sweet human experience more often… What a yummy thought… why is it so hard for us to do? Let’s just duet!

I love how you relate so many people, together. They show the vast world that is Orly’s mind, that i am so proud of. You take people and show unity between them, striving for peace among people and to show connections within. Beautiful!
