Spread 187 – Extracting Beauty October 29, 2012

Posted by Orly in Uncategorized.

It’s about recognizing the simple within the complicated. About truthfully accepting imperfection, making it real. Accepting the natural processes of growth, decay, loss, but most of all accepting separation. Separation from times, places, ideas, plans, ambitions, egos. Of others and of mine. My true mission is to free the beauty that is trapped in all of these, then express poetic moments of existence.

Thoughtful blog and gorgeous double page. The simple truths that lie behind the complicated facades are where the real value lies.
We miss out on so much by building up these over protective and complicated layers.

Beautiful journal entry, love the flower petals and the idea of freeing yourself from all that nonsense, like ego. But it’s a very difficult mission, though a it’s always good to ponder and try it
