I see these images as reflections of each other…really liked what you said, about pain and beauty, since birth. I feel the same way…That’s why it’s so hard for me to know which way to let myself take my art, as they are both such meaningful calls to express for me….x

it’s been awhile since i’ve visited your pages, allowed myself time to wander in them, they are amazing and inspiring. thank you for pouring your soul onto the page….

Evocative images, with a beautiful sense of silliness, contemplation and reminiscence.

I have been considering a lot about this duality, of pain and beauty, recently – the beauty of learning, natural enthusiasm and wonder in things, coupled with the pain of life events and encounters with people along the way, which can affect that beauty of the intuitive inspired heart.

I don’t know if this is the beauty and pain you are referring to in your images, but I love them both.

I really love this journal spread Orly. It’s quite unlike your usual style, lighter and spacious, which is how creative freedom certainly feels to me =-)

Now that I have spent five days in a workshop with you, Orly, everytime I look at your work I have to examine and examine even more than I did before. I love this piece, what piece that you do doesn’t summon that feeling.
